Level 5, East side of the Jeppesen Terminal. Bags accepted up to 4 hours before departure; all checked bags pass TSA inspection.
Baggage policy
Bags over 50 lbs incur excess fees. International checked bags close 60 minutes before departure. Lithium batteries and e-cigarettes are prohibited in checked luggage.
While you wait
Concourse C has restaurants, rest areas near gates C26–C28, and an art gallery on the Mezzanine (Level 3), open 24/7.
Picking someone up from a Southwest flight? Head to Level 4 of the Jeppesen Terminal, accessible from both the East and West sides via ground transportation, elevators, or stairs. Amenities are limited to vending machines — this is primarily a pickup thoroughfare.
